2018 marks the anniversary of the tenth edition of Yo!Fest and the third time it joins forces with the European Parliament to create the European Youth Event (EYE). Organised by the European Youth Forum, since its first edition, Yo!Fest takes over symbolic venues of the EU institutions to bring young people and their concerns directly to politicians.

The magazine YO!Mag has been discussing the issues that matter to young people since 1980. Yo!Fest was the natural evolution of 37 years of young people expressing their views.

Yo!Fest acts to support the mobilisation of young people to influence change. Every year, it provides a platform through which individuals, self-organising movement, grass-roots organisations and established networks can shape ideas in a creative, fun and vibrant space.

Yo!Fest focuses on the issue and then look for a solution. They bridges the gap between decision makers, influencers and young people to bring about lasting change.

This year, CECOP - CICOPA Europe and the WE OWN IT Campaign will be in Strasbourg to attend meetings and support the initiative.
