CECOP answered to a consultation on action at the EU level to promote the active inclusion of the people furthest from the labour market (Commission Communication of 08.02.2006 COM(2006)44 final). The consultation is addressed to the social partners at European and national level.
As such it is an opportunity for CECOP and its members, especially those that represent cooperatives employing socially disadvantaged persons, to convey their opinion on the basis on their unique experience in social integration through work. Here is CECOP's position to this consultation.
